We're a focused two-person studio — no account managers, no juniors, no handoffs. Every project is handled directly by the two co-founders. That means senior-level thinking on every brief, faster decisions, and work that actually reflects what was discussed. We don't take on more than we can do well.

Start by filling out our project questionnaire. It takes about five minutes and gives us everything we need to assess fit, scope, and timeline. From there we'll schedule a short call and send over a proposal within 48 hours.

Yes. All subscription plans can be paused or cancelled at any time with no penalty. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We believe the work should speak for itself — we don't rely on lock-ins.

For project-based work, we collect a 50% deposit before starting. If you cancel before we begin, the deposit is fully refunded. Once work is underway, refunds are assessed based on work completed. For monthly subscriptions, we don't offer refunds for the current billing cycle, but you won't be charged beyond it.

Brand identity projects typically run 4–8 weeks. Digital design projects range from 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We set a clear timeline at the start and stick to it — delays on our end are rare, and we'll always flag them early if they happen.

A regular task is a standard design request that falls within our core competencies. These are typically smaller-scale tasks/projects that don't require extensive research or strategy development. More complex ones can take longer than 48 hours.

Yes. Most of our clients are outside Romania. We work fully remotely with companies across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. All communication, file sharing, and feedback happens through our project portal, async-first so time zones aren't a problem.

Every project includes two structured revision rounds built into the timeline. These aren't token rounds — we take the feedback seriously and come back with considered changes, not just tweaks. Additional rounds can be added at an agreed hourly rate if needed.

We deliver everything you need to use the work across print, digital, and future production: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and Figma files. Source files are always included. We don't gate your own assets.
